Due to the role dependency of the XML and paper based credit standards this section describes the ATL COM credit request module suitable for role=physician and place=hospital.   Architectural blueprint The input will be supplied through a programmatic interface. Thereafter the data is transformed into a standards-compliant XML credit request stream that is sent to the intermediate. Alternatively, one can force the module to send the input to a print engine producing the appropriate credit request on paper. As a side effect of the encapsulation the developers of the main software do not need to care, format nor implement the XML credit standard.
