Description  V4.10/ 3 Aug 2005  The IGeneralInvoiceResponseManager provides all the necessary tools to fetch a response to a XML invoice request from the intermediate's mailbox and to analyze that response. This can be done for all XML responses of all provider roles except physicians, hospitals, and pharmacies.
