Last call for change requests of Reminder/InvoiceManagers V4.0

Dear developers
This is the last call for change requests of the COM interfaces of the new Invoice Managers V4.0.
We intend to make a public release of these managers at 1st of december, if there is sufficient time to implement the forthcoming change requests.
After the public release the interfaces will become frozen and unchangeable.
