All requestManagers: new webstamp functionality added

Due to the new Sumex1 webstampManager the print method of all credit, invoice, and reminder request managers have been updated
to allow for printing webstamp BMP files onto the credit requests, invoices, and reminders, respectively.
The new builds of the modules are available as installers and/or netUpdate
