The additional service "00.1420" can be generated for some services if the BMI is > 33.

We need a new function or an additon in method "SearchAdditionalService" to generate this service.

Thereforce we need a new parameter "BMI".

Than we need a method in the Search-Interface called like "CanHaveBMIRecord"
