In big networks of hospitals with a lot of workplaces it takes a lot of administration to install and support the validator on every workplace. Isn't it possible to make an easy Server-Installation and communication for the TarmedValidator.

This is not a tarmedValidator related issue, but an IT administration task.
You can copy/mirror the tarmedValidator folder by your own batch scripts (beware of registering the tarmedValidator dlls).
