tarmedValidator - id=33: Filter for sex-restrictions

Some services - 21.0010 is only valid for men - have sex-restrictions. It's not possible to filter this services.
So I see the following possilibilities to solve this problem:

1) A new proberty of the Search-Interface called "SEX-restriction" which will give back the "SexType" 0=male,1=female,2=both.

2) Possibility to set a Sex-Filter. Like the "put"-date-property of the Tarmed-Validator-Interface you can set a "put"-sex property. So all methods of all Interfaces will give you only the services for a given sex-type.

It is planed to provide a new property supplying the actual Sex restriction. But since such an addition means a minor interface version change it is posponed until later this year.
