Description  V1.00/22 Nov 2004  The IDrugValidator interface handles connections to the drug database. It provides a means to open and close database connections, and set and retrieve general database parameters, such as the database or module versions. A connection to the database must be opened via IDrugValidator before methods from any of the other interfaces can be used.
